1.1. Through the Service you may purchase certain goods and special features designed to enhance the performance and user experience of the Service (“Coins”). When you purchase Coins, you are agreeing to their respective Terms and Conditions of Use and these Terms.
1.2. You can use the Coins to improve the functionality of the Service, such as (i) extending the time limit for random calls, (ii) allowing to make direct private calls or (iii) any other functionality, as we may present to you in the Service.
1.3. Mili reserves the ultimate right to change (i) the purchase price of the Coins and (ii) the functionality, which can be obtained through using the Coins. The relevant changes will be presented to you in the Service.
2.1. Apart from the offer to purchase the Coins, we may offer you from time to time a trial or subscription for special features of the Service (“Subscription”). As a result of purchasing the Subscription, you will receive a certain number of Coins each Subscription period, as we will inform you before the purchase.
2.2. Mili also may offer you certain additional premium features as a part of the Subscription, the details of which we will present to you before the purchase.
2.3. The Subscription renews automatically at the end of each Subscription period (each week, month, 6 month, years, or otherwise, depending on the option selected by you at the time of the purchase) for the next Subscription Period until you cancel. In case of purchasing a trial, you will be automatically charged the full price of the Subscription immediately after the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.
2.4. To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the ultimate right to change the terms of Subscription, including without limitation, (i) Subscription fees, (ii) a number of Coins you receive each Subscription period, and (iii) a list of premium features in the Service. The relevant changes will be presented to you in the Service or communicated via email in advance. If you do not wish to have Subscription under new terms, you should cancel it prior to the changes becoming effective.
3.1. All purchases within the Service can be performed by using any acceptable payment method accepted by the Service if you are a legal adult in your country of residence.
3.2. In case of purchasing Subscription, you also authorize us to automatically charge the applicable Subscription fees to the payment method that you submit each Subscription period.
4.1. As hereinafter provided, Coins are provided “as is” without any warranty. Every purchase, sale, and trade of Coins shall be final and non-refundable unless otherwise determined in these Terms. The Subscription is not subject to refund under any circumstances, except as required by law.
4.2. In case you purchased Coins under Section 1 of these Terms and do not agree with the amount charged for the Coins, you may ask for the refund within 3 business days. For this purpose, please contact us for a refund prior to contacting the issuer of your bank card. Your claim will be considered and in case we find it justified, the disputed amount will be refunded to your card. Refund under the approved request may take up to 20 business days depending on your bank.
4.3. Assessment of your refund application may take up to 10-12 business days. You shall not use the Service during this time (e.g. spend Coins) for the application to be approved, otherwise you will be not eligible for a respective refund, except as required by law.
4.4. Generally, if you do not meet the conditions set out above, the fees you have paid are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise is stated herein or is required by applicable law.
Note for the EU residents: If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for purchase of digital content without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of such agreement conclusion. The withdrawal right does not apply if the performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT ONCE OUR SERVERS VALIDATE YOUR PURCHASE AND THE APPLICABLE PURCHASE IS SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED TO YOU. Therefore, you will not be eligible for a refund, unless the digital content is defective.
5.1. You may cancel the Subscription at any time, following which the automatic renewal will be disabled. Nevertheless, you will have access to applicable premium features for the remaining time of then-current period, and the Coins obtained as a result of the Subscription will remain in your Account in the Service.
5.2. In order to cancel the Subscription, you need to click on “Cancel Subscription” or similar button in your account settings in the Service or contact our support.
5.3. We will also cancel your Subscription if you wish to delete your Account in the Service. Please note that simply logging out of your Account and not using the Service does not cancel your Subscription.
6.1. You agree that purchased Coins have no monetary value and do not constitute actual currency or property of any type.
6.2. Coins cannot be sold, traded, assigned or exchanged through any legally acceptable payment method, goods or other items of monetary value from us or anyone else. Coins also cannot be transferred: (a) upon death; (b) as part of a domestic relations matter; or (c) otherwise by operation of law.
6.3. You only get a limited, revocable, personal, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use Coins. You acknowledge that you have no property, proprietary, intellectual property, ownership, or monetary interest in the Coins. Any balance of Coins does not reflect any stored value, but instead constitutes a measurement of the extent of your license.
6.4. You may not buy or sell any Coins or your Account in exchange for legally acceptable money or otherwise exchange items for any other kind of value through any means other than that established to provide the Service. The sale, barter, assignment or other disposal of any Coins, other than by Mili, is expressly prohibited.
6.5. Once you acquire Coins, you may only use them in the Service and cannot combine or use them in conjunction with other promotions, coupons, discounts or special offers, except those designated by us.
6.6. We may manage, control, regulate, modify or eliminate Coins at any time, with or without notice, in our sole discretion. Mili shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that we decide to exercise these rights.
7.1. All Coins may be forfeited if your Account is deleted, suspended or terminated for any reason, at our sole and absolute discretion without prior notice, or if we discontinue the provision of the Service, including without limitation, for the following reasons:
7.2. You will not receive money or other compensation for unused Coins when your account is deleted or terminated whether such closure was voluntary or involuntary. Certain jurisdictions may provide additional statutory rights, including a Cooling-Off Period which allows you to withdraw from a purchase. Nothing herein is meant to limit your return or cancellation rights for your purchase of Coins under applicable local laws.
